The small print, in plain words.

1. Seller
This shop is operated by SixFold Sp. z o.o., Władysława Łokietka 412A, 31-334 Kraków, Poland. Contact: vincent@vergonjeanne.fr. It sells puzzles designed by Puzzle Bomb, shipped from the United States.
2. Ordering
An order is placed when you complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. We confirm it by e-mail; the contract is concluded with that confirmation. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Shipping within the US is free. Subscriptions are charged at the price and interval shown when you subscribe (monthly, or every three months for the quarterly plan) until you cancel. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
4. Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched within one business day from our US fulfilment center and delivered within 2–5 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time by e-mailing vincent@vergonjeanne.fr; you are not billed again. A one-time order can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships.
6. Guarantee
The Puzzle Bomb guarantee on the Shipping page applies: defects and lost pieces are replaced at our expense; a one-time order that cannot be fixed is refunded in full; subscription puzzles are not refunded because of the design.
7. Liability and safety
We are liable under the law for defects and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Puzzles contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three.
8. Trademarks
Puzzle Bomb, Bumfuzzled and Party in the Back, and all puzzle artwork, belong to Puzzle Bomb.
9. Disputes
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state. Something went wrong? Write to vincent@vergonjeanne.fr first — we answer within one business day.
