Orders are packed and handed to the carrier by our US fulfilment center within one business day of payment on business days. You receive a tracking link by e-mail the moment your parcel leaves.

The Puzzle Bomb guarantee
We don't process returns (they're a hassle for both of us), but we fix any issue, and if it can't be fixed we refund a one-time order in full, for absolutely any reason. The one exception: subscription puzzles are bought sight-unseen at a discount, so we replace defects and lost pieces but don't refund a design you don't like.
Changed your mind before it shipped?
E-mail vincent@vergonjeanne.fr with your order number and we cancel and refund it in full. Once shipped, the guarantee above applies.

E-mail vincent@vergonjeanne.fr. We replace damaged puzzles and missing pieces at our expense, even if your pet ate one.
